1973 Dodge Charger
Paid about $300 (US). Had this car for
one summer. The air shocks leaked, needing aired daily.
It had a bad left ball joint, which I never bothered to replace. It was
faded blue, with dusty cloth interior and a bench front seat.
For some strange reason, once you got over 65 mph, the ride became really
smooth (even on very rough roads). Some people thought it was actually off
the ground. As crazy as it may sound I think it was haunted (several of
my friends agreed). On occasion it seemed like someone else was in the back
seat. Unfortunately, I never took any pictures of this car.
Sold in late '70s.
